How can it help my operation save money?

Today’s service intervals are published by the OEM based on typical duty cycles, but do not account
for non-standard conditions. FleetguardFIT is an integrated system that monitors filtration
parameters in real-time to help avoid costly downtime, reduce maintenance costs and improve total
cost of ownership. FleetguardFIT uses sensors, a control module and existing telematics services to
provide customers with the ability to proactively detect problems.

Which engines are compatible with FleetguardFIT?

FleetguardFIT can be installed on any OEM engine or engine size. Upon working with a Cummins
Filtration application engineer, additional fittings may be required for specific engine applications.
Filtration restriction thresholds are specifically designed for Fleetguard filters.

Does FleetguardFIT only apply to North American engines, or can it be used globally?

FleetguardFIT can be applied to engines all over the globe. It will require integration with local
telematics service providers.

Does FleetguardFIT also require the use of Fleetguard filters?

The algorithms which make FleetguardFIT effective are validated to be used only with genuine
Fleetguard filters; the use of non-genuine Fleetguard filters will not allow FleetguardFIT to function
as intended.

Will FleetguardFIT allow me to extend past the intervals published by the vehicle OEM?

FleetguardFIT provides real–time, condition based insights to filter and oil life for the customer
to make a decision through the right OEM channels.
