Exhaust Accessories
Working closely with original equipment manufacturers, we have developed quality custom accessories to complement our mufflers and tube assemblies.
Our exhaust accessories and components are integrated into complete exhaust systems to meet the most challenging customer requirements. As a manufacturer of mufflers and formed tube assemblies, we can supply aluminized, mild, and stainless steel, as well as finishes such as high-heat paint, zinc, and chrome plating.
Brackets and Hangers
Standard brackets and hangers are available to install pipes and mufflers from 2 to 12 inches in diameter. Styles include universal swivel hangers, mini-swingers, and several rigid hangers and frame-mount brackets. Custom brackets can come in almost any size and shape.
Clamps
Clamp styles include U-bolt, band clamp, AccuSeal™, wide band clamps, and V-band clamps. Clamp sizes from 1.5 to 6 inches are standard. In addition, non-standard sizes and custom designed clamps with standoffs and integral brackets or shields are available.
Stacks and Tail Pipes
Standard stacks and elbows from 2 to 6 inches (51 to 152 mm) in diameter are available in aluminized and chrome finish with either I.D. slotted or O.D. ends. Dump truck stacks, Pak Stacks, and Monster Stacks are also available. Custom stacks and tail pipes can be made in diameters from 0.75 to 7 inches (19 mm to 178 mm). In addition, you can specify double-wall or insulated construction.
Heat Shields and Guards
Standard heat shields and shield kits are available for tube and muffler diameters from 4 to 10 inches (102 to 245mm). A variety of patterns can be stamped into the metal to display your name or logo. Custom shield designs are used on a wide variety of our original equipment mufflers and pipes.
Rain Caps
We offer standard rain caps, chromed rain caps, and silent rain caps. Caps are available in sizes from 2 to 6 inches (51 to 262 mm).
Add-On Spark Arrestors
Add-on Silent Screen spark arrestors attach to the outlet at the end of the exhaust system and are available in sizes of 0.75 to 1.625 inches. We also offer a "muffler style" spark arrestor, which is available with inlet sizes from 1 to 6 inches. The USDA Forest Service has approved both styles.
Add-On Packed Silencers
Silent Pak silencers can be added to tail pipes from 0.75 to 1.625 inches (19 to 41 mm) in diameter.
Mounting Flanges
Commonly used mounting flanges are available through our catalog. More than 1,000 tooled mounting flanges are available for use on custom pipe and muffler designs.
Connectors and Adaptors
Standard flared connectors are available to fit many heavy-duty engines. Other connectors include expanders, reducers, threaded adaptors, tilt cab connectors, flex tube connectors, and ball-and-socket connectors.
