Easiest to Maintain
The Sea Pro® offers a simple and easy to remove spin-on filter. The Sea Pro® 7 combines our patented "Seeing is Believing®" filter cover technology with our superior EleMax™ filter cartridge that lets you know when NOT to change your filter thus reducing filtration costs and reducing maintenance costs. Further, the clear cover provides a window into the fuel system allowing you to perform PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE, catching problems before they happen preventing costly down time.
Additionally, the unique Sea Pro® remote mount design allows for a five minute, no mess filter change. Optional Water-In-Fuel (WIF) sensor and LED light provides a notification of maintenance needs.
Highest Performing
Both Sea Pro® 6 & 7 offer Fleetguard's proprietary and award winning Stratapore™ multi-layer ed meltblown media, assuring the BEST Fuel Water Separation available on the market today. Stratapore™, introduced by Fleetguard in 1995, provides 98% free water removal efficiency (per SAE J1839) and 95% or better emulsified water removal efficiency (per SAE J1488). Unlike conventional media, Stratapore™ maintains this fuel water separation efficiency over time.
When combined with the benefits of the high capacity Stratapore™ media, EleMax™ technology provides up to 3x the life of conventional similar sized cellulose filters. All of this provides the type of engine protection today's modern engines require, reducing your downtime and overall maintenance expenses.
The durable construction consists of a light Gold Annodized body per MIL-A-8625F type II Class 2 and a special high temperature polymer. This construction has been certified to meet UL1105, ANSI 1105, ISO 10088 & ASTM F1201 standards. As well, Sea Pro® meets ABYC standards. Most Versatile
With configurations available for flow rates up to 600 gph (2272 lph) and numerous micron ratings (2, 7, 10, 25, 50 micron), Sea Pro® can be applied across multiple engines and applications. The unique remote mount design allows the potential to standardize upon one filter regardless of engine manufacturer or model year (depending upon OEM requirements). In addition, the Sea Pro® 7 has a backup emergency option accepting an FF105 in the event of difficulty in finding a replacement cartridge.
Configurations
 Both Sea Pro® 6 & 7 are offered as single units for engines with fuel flows up to 200 gph (757 lph) pictured above.
Both Sea Pro® Series are also available in a dual configuration for flows up to 400 gph (1514 lph). For the ability to change one filter at a time, the Duplex has a special four-way valve that diverts flow to only one of the filters at a time, allowing for the engine to remain running while changing the filter.
In addition, the same options are available for Triple units for flows up to 600 gph (2271 lph). The Triplex unit has two of the four-way valves, allowing for one filter to be changed while two filters remain available for the engine's fuel flow.
EleMax™ - Filter Cartridge Technology
 The EleMax™ filter element features Fleetguard's Stratapore™ multi-layer media technology offering maximum strength and durability, improving efficiency and up to 3 times longer life, superior fuel/water separation, reduces restriction to flow, and provides longer service interval. It is available on all Fleetguard fuel/water separation products. The same elements can fit on the FH234, FH230 and FH233 series eliminating extra, unnecessary filters.
